We invite you to the TOOLEX

We cordially invite you to visit our stand at the TOOLEX International Trade Fair for Machine Tools, Tools and Processing Technology, in Sosnowiec, on 03–05 October 2017.

We will showcase our cutting tools for the machining of steel, cast iron, aluminium, and other non-ferrous metals, plastics, and graphite (Pavilion A, Stand 414).

A re-designed PCD hogger

We are introducing a hogger with polycrystalline diamond tips. Its latest design, developed in collaboration with global experts, is our response to the concern for a much quieter and more-efficient operation in comparison with standard tools of this type. The hogger is designed for high-performance machining using formatting machines. It is highly effective in the processing of wood-based materials finished with foil, paper, laminate, or veneer. The new PCD hogger will be presented at the upcoming DREMA Trade Fair.

You are invited to the DREMA

We cordially invite you to visit our stand at the DREMA Trade Fair of Machines and Tools for the Wood and Furniture Industry in Poznań, on 12–15 September 2017.

We will present our portfolio of cutting tools for the processing of wood and wood-based materials in Pavilion 5A, Stand 15.

Solid-carbide spiral router cutter available in 24 hours

In response to Customer demand for tools with quick delivery times, we have decided to supplement our portfolio with the so-called market standards. We are introducing a dozen or so positions for router cutters in various dimensions to be delivered within 24 hours. The service includes monolithic roughing  and finishing router cutters for cutting, grooving and milling. Made of high-quality carbide, these solid carbide tools feature three spiral cutting teeth. Their blades have a special designed geometry. These tools work well in wood, MDF, laminated chipboard, and PVC panels.

The original PSS clamping system

We provide another unique solution – the PSS system. This is a clamping solution which permits the smooth adjustment of the position of the cutters in relation to each other within the range 0–5 mm. The PSS system is particularly advantageous for the series production of parts with tongue-and-groove joints, where high accuracy is required to produce replicable parts. The PSS system compensates for uneven rotational movement in machine spindles, i.e. so-called run-out. It also makes it possible to use only one set of tools for the production of parquet, floor, or wall panels of different dimensions.
