We manufacture specialised, highly advanced cutting tools, and we provide a comprehensive range of maintenance services for our products. We design and manufacture tools tailored to the needs and specificity of the recipient’s business.
Dedicated and customised solutions take into account all variables depending on the type of the machining process, material, machine, machining parameters, expected efficiency and tolerance ranges. Such solutions allow you to fully optimise the efficiency of your manufacturing process while maintaining the required cutting quality. We manufacture monolithic, brazed and indexable tools made of high speed steel (HSS), sintered carbide (HM) and polycrystalline diamond (PCD). Our portfolio includes a wide range of router cutters, cutters, drills, saw blades, exchangeable knives and clamping systems and accessories. These tools are used in the processing of wood, wood-based materials and plastics. We supply them to manufacturers of furniture, floors, stairs and window and door joinery. We are constantly expanding our range of products for the wood industry. We are seeking new solutions to extend tool life, reduce energy consumption, effectively reduce material losses and noise levels.

MATERIAL TYPES

Alloyed tool steel. It is used for the manufacture of high performance machining tools.

Sintered carbide. It is used in the production of monolithic tools. Also used to make cutting teeth only. It is characterised by high hardness and high abrasion resistance.

Polycrystalline diamond. It is used for cutting teeth in tool making. It is resistant to chipping and abrasion, permitting long and stable operation. It is characterised by a very high resistance to dynamic loads.

Diamond materials are especially recommended for industries in which woodworking is a continuous cycle – in the production of long series of a given assortment.
