Personal data administrator
Pursuant to Art. 4, para. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), personal data is administered by P.H.M. POLCOMM Dariusz Kozak, Chlewiska 100, 21-100 Lubartów (hereinafter referred to as POLCOMM).
The purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing
The personal data you provide (including but not limited to name, surname, Company name, e-mail address, telephone number) in the contact forms and the correspondence sent to us will be processed in order to reply to the question asked within the scope indicated on the contact form / this correspondence on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, i.e. POLCOMM’s legitimate interest. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to exchange correspondence related to the question, and then for archiving purposes (for not longer than 3 years). Data is shared voluntarily, but failure to provide such data might prevent us from answering your question and to exchange correspondence with you.
You can subscribe to the POLCOMM newsletter by providing your e-mail address and giving your voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information by e-mail (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR). Our newsletter will inform you about our latest line up (e.g. new products or promotions). The provision of such data is voluntary. The data provided for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information by electronic means will be processed until you withdraw your consent to such operations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link in the newsletter you receive.
Additionally, POLCOMM may process data in the form of your e-mail address and information about your preferences and interests (based on your interest in electronic communications and the use of the POLCOMM website) for direct marketing, including profiling, to provide personalised quotes and information about POLCOMM’s business. Data processing for the above purpose will continue until you communicate your objection to the processing of the data for direct marketing purposes.

Personal-data-protection rights
The right of access to personal data, the right to rectify (correct) the data, the right to demand deletion thereof, and the limitation of data processing, as well as the right to transfer the data within the scope and according to the rules specified by RODO.
The right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
In the case of data processing based on your consent, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of such data which existed before the withdrawal of consent.
Regardless of the rights applicable above in connection with the processing of personal data, the right to register a complaint with the supervisory body, that is the President of the Personal-Data Protection Office.
