PRODUCTION PROCESSES

In our production processes, we use numerically controlled machine tools from renowned global companies, which ensure very-high accuracy of operations. We are systematically improving and expanding our machine park in order to increase our production capacity as well our production standards.

MODERN MACHINERY

Our machine park contains five-axis milling machines, automatic lathes, CNC grinders and electro-erosion machines from renowned companies: DMG MORI, VOLLMER, TIGRA, EWAG, WALTER, FANUC, and GF AgieCharmilles. We have numerous auxiliary pieces of equipment such as dynamic balancing machines, sandblasters for cleaning vehicle bodies, ultrasonic washers for cleaning components, and devices for quality control, such as measuring projectors, optical scanners and measuring machines (including the QUANTUM coordinate measuring machine).
