GENERAL INFORMATION
We produce saws for popular saws and multi-rip machines, as well as non-standard saws used on special machine tools with even very complicated mount holes. High-grade steel saw bodies are laser-cut, and they undergo straightening and tensioning procedures to reduce vibrations during cutting and stabilising the cutting process.
Individual selection of blade geometry, rake area, optimal tooth pitch and tooth height, are variables which influence the quality, performance and noise level during operation. Cutting teeth made of HM and PCD grades, which are designed for a particular material, guarantee longer service life and higher resistance to blunting. Our saws are fitted with cleaning knives, noise-reduction cuts, and compensation slots to increase resistance to warping under the influence of temperature and loads.

APPLICATION:
When ordering a saw, please specify the outer diameter (D), bore diameter (d), kerf width (B), number and dimensions of key ways, driver holes and cleaning knives, the number of teeth (Z) or machining parameters – cutting depth, type of worked material, and the diameter of clamps and spacers.
