Cutters

GENERAL INFORMATION
We market a wide range of tools, including straight and profile cutters, straight and profile cutter heads with exchangeable knives, and hoggers.
They are dedicated to high-performance machining on formatting machines, edge banding machines, either one- or two-sided, spindle milling machines, four-sided planing machines, tenon-cutting machines, and multifunctional machines. Cutters are manufactured in versions with brazed tips made of high-speed steel (HSS), sintered carbide (HM) or polycrystalline diamond (PCD), while cutter heads are fitted with exchangeable HSS or HM knives. Our milling cutters and cutter heads are manufactured with a body made of steel or specially selected light alloys. Formatting heads with PCD tips are manufactured with innovative blade geometry. Depending on the Customer’s expectations, milling cutters and arbor heads are manufactured as single items or we can provide tool sets.
Our tools are designed so as to suit the customer’s individual needs, and the design is precisely matched to the type of the material to be machined and the operating conditions of the tool. Dedicated solutions significantly increase the effectiveness of tools, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
- milling of narrow and wide planes

- formatting
MAIN FEATURES
- dedicated geometry and individual tips-material grade (HM or PCD)
- solutions for different types of adhesive joints
- special materials used for tool bodies to dampen vibrations generated during machining
- the possibility to produce cutters with a specially shaped rake face for reducing cutting forces
- precisely balanced, Class G2.5
APPLICATION

When ordering a tool, specify the outer diameter or range of the outer diameter (D), bore diameter (d), clamping width (b), working-part width (B), the number of teeth (Z) or machining parameters, direction of rotation and machined material. The pattern or a dimensioned drawing of the worked profile will also be required to create a precise design of the profile tool.
