Router cutters
GENERAL INFORMATION
We manufacture high-speed steel and carbide monolithic shank cutters, as well as milling cutters with brazed tips made of carbide (HM) and polycrystalline diamond (PCD). Straight cutters, profile-specific cutters and spiral cutters for pre-processing and finishing are available. We also manufacture straight and profile shank cutter heads with HM exchangeable knives. For our tools, we provide various mounting systems. Shank cutters and cutter heads are designed to work on conventional routers and CNC milling machines.
We provide tools in a wide range of dimensions to address individual requirements of our customers. Tool parameters are adjusted depending on the type of processed material and operating conditions. Cutting teeth made of optimally selected grades of carbide and polycrystalline diamond give a longer service life and higher resistance to wear. Dedicated tools guarantee better productivity and effectiveness of production processes.

APPLICATION:
When ordering a tool, specify the outer diameter or range of the outer diameter (D), shank diameter (S), working-part length (L2) and overall length (L1), the number of teeth (Z) or machining parameters and direction of rotation. The pattern or a dimensioned drawing of the worked profile will also be required to create a precise design of the profile tool.
